Products
I've been riding motorcycles for longer than I care to admit, therefore I've seen the women's motorcycle scene change drastically over the years. In my early twenties, I remember having to purchase merchandise made for men, and hope for the best. But now there are so many options out there for females who want to ride.
My goal in beginning this moto-boutique was to offer the very best goods, especially for women. These are products I have tried, and fell in love with. Whether you are just beginning your journey into the motorcycle community or you are a seasoned veteran, hopefully you can all find some kick-ass products here that help you to love your ride even more.

Protection
It's essential when shopping for gear, you understand the safety ratings of products to be sure you're getting exactly what is best for you and your ride. Read on for some essential information.
AAA rated: highest level of protection from impact and abrasion. Recommended for high speed racing environments This includes both abrasion protection (thicker leather, Kevlar, Dyneema, etc.) and armor for impact reduction.
AA rated: middle level of protection from impact and abrasion. Recommended for riding at regular speeds; the most common rating used for every day riding.
A rated: lowest level of protection from impact and abrasion. Ideal for lower speed riding and shorter trips. The garment still includes armor and an abrasion resistant material, but with shorter slide time, meaning it won't be as resistant for a prolonger amount of time.
B rated: abrasion protection only; does not include impact protection.
C rated: impact protection only; does not include abrasion protection. Common for summer gear and off-road gear.

CE rated: indicates the product has been tested by the manufacturer and meets EU safety protection requirements.
Slide time: indicates how many seconds of sliding the gear can withstand. Only noted in some gear descriptions.
Armor: Level 2 is stronger than Level 1. These are soft and flexible pads that harden on impact. Slight variation between manufacturers. Some garments will also have pockets for armor so that you can remove it if you wish.
Kevlar: material used as a liner underneath a non-protective material, or woven into other material to provide abrasion protection.
Cordura and Dyneema: both materials that are single layer protection that provides abrasion resistance.
Leather: thickness is usually around 1.1 - 1.3mm to provide proper abrasion protection. If thinner, leather can be lined with Kevlar, Cordura or Dyneema to provide added resistance.
