This ride compresses the Northeast Backcountry Discovery Route (Sections 2 & 3) into a fast-paced, weather-soaked adventure — proving that you don’t need weeks to experience the magic of a BDR.

From torrential rain and failing gear to technical off-road sections and late-night campfires, every mile demanded flexibility, patience, and a good sense of humor. Along the way, the ride delivered everything North Fork Moto is built on — small-town cafés, unexpected detours, shared meals, and moments that turn into stories long after the ride is over.

But not everything went according to plan.

Between storm systems rolling through the Berkshires and the challenges of wet terrain, this trip became more than just a quick BDR run — it became a reminder of how quickly things can shift, and how riders show up for one another when it matters most.
